We understand the importance of providing you with information concerning how we collect, use and protect information provided by you and/or collected by Newmarket.

The use of information collected through our service shall be limited to the purpose of providing the service for which the Client has engaged Newmarket. COLLECTION AND USE OF FINANCIAL INFORMATION
“Financial Information” is Information consisting of financial qualifications and billing information provided in conjunction with purchasing Newmarket products and services. Examples include a customer’s billing name and address, credit card number.
Except as explicitly stated at the time we request the information, or as provided in Newmarket’s Software or Subscription Agreement, as may be applicable, we do not disclose to third parties the Financial Information provided. All Financial Information that we collect through the web site is used solely to check the qualifications of prospective customers and to bill for the products or services. Such information is not used by Newmarket for marketing or promotional purposes. Newmarket uses a third-party intermediary to manage the credit card processing. This intermediary is solely a link in the distribution chain, and is not permitted to store, retain, or use the information provided, except for the sole purpose of credit card processing (we do not retain credit card numbers).
INFORMATION RELATED TO DATA COLLECTED FOR OUR CLIENTS (“CLIENT DATA”)
Newmarket collects information under the direction of its Clients, and has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes. If you are a customer of one of our Clients and would no longer like to be contacted by one of our Clients that use our service, please contact the Client that you interact with directly. If you are a Client and would like to update your account, please contact us at marketinginfo@newmarketinc.com. We may transfer personal information to companies that help us provide our service. Transfers to subsequent third parties are covered by the service agreements with our Clients.
ACCESS AND RETENTION OF DATA CONTROLLED BY OUR CLIENTS
Newmarket has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes. An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data should direct his query to the Newmarket’s Client, the data controller. If requested by the Client to remove data we will respond within 30 days.
We will retain personal data we process on behalf of our Clients for as long as needed to provide services to our Client and as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Thereafter personal data that we process on behalf of our clients may be retained solely for archival and statistical purposes.
USER ACCESS AND CHOICE (DOES NOT APPLY TO CLIENT DATA)
If your personal information changes, or if you no longer desire our service, you may correct, update, amend or delete it by making the change on our member information page, by emailing our Customer Support at marketinginfo@newmarketinc.com or by contacting us by telephone or postal mail at the contact information listed below. We will respond to your request to access within 30 days.
We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services and as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Thereafter your personal data may be retained solely for archival and statistical purposes.
